Ireland v Italy – 2019 Guinness Summer Series

Saturday, 10th August 2019

Aviva Stadium

Ireland host Italy in the first of their 2019 Guinness Summer Series matches at the Aviva Stadium. The Italians will provide a tough test for Joe Schmidt’s team as they prepare for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan a month later.

The Italians ran Ireland close during the 2019 Guinness 6 Nations Championship in Rome, so Conor O’Shea’s men will be confident of putting in a performance that could beat Ireland this time around. The Irish team will be keen to build momentum though as each player does their best to make the final 31-man squad for Japan.

Smaller groups are required to share a table.
